This yummy recipe will really stretch a pound of ground beef!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 package of 10 Pillsbury biscuits, halved length-wise

The Best Tasting Hamburgers Ever
(Don't tell the kids my secret ingredient!)

My kids LOVE my grilled hamburgers, and often comment when we eat somewhere else that their burgers just don't have the same flavor as mine.   Here's the secret ingredient:  horseradish!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 T prepared horseradish
dash of salt and pepper

Combine beef with horseradish and season with salt and pepper.   Divide into 4 patties.  Grill until done.   Garnish with your favorite cheese and other condiments, and serve on a lightly toasted buttered bun.

Million Dollar Cream Cheese Hamburger Casserole
(Just because it's ground beef doesn't mean it can't be decadent!)

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2-8 oz cans tomato sauce
1-8 oz package cooked noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 T diced green pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Brown ground beef and drain.   Mix with the 2 cans of tomato sauce.  Set aside.   In separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, green onion, and green pepper.   Pour cooked noodles on the bottom of a greased 9 x 12 inch casserole dish.  Pour cream cheese and sour cream mixture on top of noodles.  Then pour meat and tomato sauce mixture on top.   Bake 35-40 minutes until hot.
